Name, religious standing, remembered events and forms of practice. Dates below follow Iran’s published calendar for this edition; historical traditions and community programmes can differ. Islamic-wide obligations and Shi‘a commemorations are identified separately.
ALL MONTHS · BOTH CLOCKS · HEBREW SKY CHAMBERS
Persian and Islamic month names are calendar names. Hebrew names below are your Cosmic Clock chambers, not Hebrew civil-calendar month names. Solar rows lead with your month-to-chamber correspondence; the smaller “Measured start” value is the actual Sun position at noon on the first civil day. Every measured sky position uses noon Tehran on the listed start date. The Moon moves through many chambers during each calendar month.
A solar year spans parts of 13 lunar months here. Coverage can start or end partway through a lunar month.
SAME DAY · DIFFERENT HISTORIES
The Sun anchors Iran’s seasonal year; the Moon anchors the Islamic religious months. Month names are inherited names, not measurements of how someone feels. Iran’s published lunar dates remain the authority for this edition.
These are common historical explanations; several origins are debated. The month names predate Islam. The lunar year is about 10–11 days shorter than the solar year, so these months move through the seasons. A “spring” or “heat” name does not set the current weather.

Compare 101 Ramadan months, covering approximately 1979–2077 CE. The date rule is stated for each year; most are arithmetic estimates rather than Iranian sighting records. Use the day slider to follow the Moon through that month.
This historical explorer has its own year and day. “Use this day” carries a covered date into the shared calendar, Moon and prayer views; dates outside this edition remain an archive comparison.

19 Hijri years: about 18.4 solar years. This is close to, but shorter than, the nodal cycle.
18.6 solar years: approximate full regression of the lunar nodes, affecting the Moon’s north–south horizon range.
19 solar years: the Metonic near-return, about 235 lunar months. Nineteen Islamic years contain 228 months; their month names are not kept in season by adding seven leap months.
Ramadan’s seasonal drift: about 10–11 days earlier each solar year, moving through the seasons in roughly 33 years.

These sources do not require a Pisces/Kof Moon or a Venus sextile. Ramadan’s place in a lunar year makes it migrate through solar seasons and zodiac positions.
Daily geocentric apparent tropical positions from Swiss Ephemeris / Moshier, computed at fixed noon Tehran (UTC+03:30) for comparison. Seven classical bodies are plotted. This fixed clock is not a reconstruction of historical Iranian daylight-saving time. Built-in ΔT is used; future ΔT is uncertain.
Islamic civil estimates use the arithmetic 30-year leap cycle and epoch JD 1948439.5. They do not calculate crescent visibility. Only the explicitly sourced 1446 reported Iranian start and 1448 published Iranian calendar override that rule. For 1446, only 29 days are included because its end date was not verified. An estimated thirtieth day is not a prediction of a religious authority’s month ending.
Method and coverage ↓PERSIAN MONTH → 12 HEBREW CHAMBERS → THE INITIALS
A crosswalk for your thesis: each solar month’s nominal chamber, its Arabic counterpart, a sourced popular Persian horoscope description, and the actual opening-register match. The Islamic lunar month beside it is the month on the solar month’s first covered day in this edition; it shifts from year to year.
Popular horoscope descriptions are attributed to their publishers. The “sealed” column records your thesis’s treatment of absence from the disconnected initials; it does not mean the letter disappears from Arabic or from ordinary Qur’anic words.

THE COMPLETE THESIS VIEW · 22 → 14 / 8 → 29
Your full architecture in one register. “Speaking” and “sealed” refer to presence or absence in the 29 muqattaʿat openings. The sky markers below follow the selected time.
Sky body and chamber are separate: ת Tav can be the Moon’s ruler while the Moon visits ט Tet. A body marker does not change whether a letter occurs in the openings. Saturn, Mars and Mercury positions are not loaded in this four-body edition.
14 speaking: 2 Mothers + 2 Doubles + 10 Simples. 8 sealed: 1 Mother + 5 Doubles + 2 Simples. Total: 3 Mothers, 7 Doubles, 12 Simples.
The sealed-letter cards include passages for comparing related imagery. These passages show that absence from the initials is distinct from absence of a motif in religious life. The letter’s assigned ruler and poetic nature remain your thesis’s correspondence.
MOON SIGN → LETTER → SURAH → PRACTICE
Move the date and time to follow the Moon through all twelve chambers. Ten have a letter in your 14-letter vocabulary; each links to every matching opening in the 29-surah register. Qur’anic teachings are read in their own context. The Moon-to-surah link is Babylon’s working hypothesis.

Moon signs use tropical 30° sectors, not unequal astronomical constellation boundaries. The Moon’s sign, phase and the published religious calendar are separate clocks. There is no lunar-day-to-surah assignment.
Verified register: 29 openings, 14 distinct letters, 78 letter occurrences; surah 42 spans verses 1 and 2. The ten simple-letter matches come from your thesis. Aleph, Mem, Kaf and Resh may occur in an opening but are not independent Moon chambers. Vav/Taurus and Zayin/Gemini have no match in this 14-letter set.
The Quran does not give these twelve signs this letter-to-surah rule. We are testing Babylon’s correspondence against passages and interpretations; a match does not establish an encoded intention or a population’s thoughts.

English is browser speech; Arabic is recorded recitation by AbdulBaset AbdulSamad. This is not a live imam feed.
The adhan calls people to prayer; it is not a surah. In the Shi‘a formula, its meanings include: God is greatest; testimony to God’s oneness and Muhammad’s mission; come to prayer; come to success; come to the best of deeds; and the final affirmation of God’s oneness. Repetition belongs to the formula. The iqamah announces the prayer’s commencement.
